Key Accountabilities: 

Establish a best-in-class Recruiting & Human Resources Team 

  • ​​Own end-to-end recruiting process -- plan, job description creation, source, assess, and close -- for all internal roles and client roles  
  • Configure a recruiting process that supports recruiter efficiency and productivity  
  • Drive top-of-funnel talent pipelines with an emphasis on candidate diversity  
  • Develop robust talent attraction activities in support of business growth  
  • Drive planful and consistent talent nurture activities driving interest and lead conversions.  
  • Partner with senior leaders throughout our practice functions to provide data-driven updates, talent strategy recommendations, and team-health insights  
  • Create robust sales package to display our talent, in conjunction with marketing, which includes rate cards and profile samples at all levels of experience  
  • Build enduring recruiting capabilities by prioritizing programs and opportunities that enable systemic improvements in our recruiting model  
  • Cultivate a recruiting operation that champions diversity, equity and inclusion at every stage  
  • Create and cultivate a culture that provides opportunities for team connectedness  
  • Create and cultivate a culture that champions diversity, equity and inclusion at every stage. 
  • Provide employment and compensation trends and state of competitive landscape updates.  

 Collaborate with Internal & External Stakeholders  

  • Partner with the Managing Director to benchmark and validate equitable and competitive compensation and benefits  
  • Own our referral program  
  • Elevate our talent brand in partnership with the internal/external Marketing team   
  • Be an industry leader through connecting on social media and staying up to date on the latest trends in the field  
  • Enable workforce planning and management by maximizing existing tools for data management and organizational alignment.  

  Technology Management  

  • Evaluate and oversee the recruiting technology stack (including ATS system) and research technologies to support continuous improvement in partnership with HR team  
  • Own and maintain ATS system to leverage maximum capabilities to provide meaningful, accurate and actionable information for stakeholders regarding end-to-end process.    
  • Evaluate and oversee the HR technology stack (ADP) and research technologies to support continuous improvement with Talent Team 
  • Own and maintain ADP to keep key stakeholders abreast of tools (eg. Training, Goal Setting)
