His groundbreaking contributions include developing the first Child Resistant Slider Pouch and pioneering flexible packaging for the cannabis market. Frank’s extensive experience working with global brands like L’Oréal, Kraft-Mondelez, and Merck highlights his expertise in flexible packaging, project management, and sustainability, all aligning perfectly with Adept Group’s forward-thinking approach to packaging.
Jason Lubs brings 25 years of diverse experience across the medical device, consumer packaged goods, and pet food industries. As a Certified Packaging Professional (CPP) and Project Management Professional (PMP), Jason has led cross-functional teams, driven sustainability initiatives, and spearheaded innovative projects in new product development and cost optimization. His dedication to building strong teams and prioritizing sustainability underscores his ability to deliver solutions that resonate with both clients and consumers.
