Adept Group is proud to announce the addition of Jim Regan to our leadership team as the new Head of Packaging Consulting Services, Pharmaceutical. With over 35 years of experience in package design and development across the pharmaceutical and over-the-counter (OTC) sectors, Jim brings an unmatched depth of technical knowledge, strategic insight, and global leadership to our growing consulting practice.
Jim’s career began as a site-based packaging engineer at Glaxo Inc., and has since held progressive leadership roles at SmithKline Beecham, Wyeth Consumer Healthcare, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, and most recently as Senior Director of Package Design & Development at Pfizer. In this role, Jim led global teams responsible for packaging innovation and commercialization across sterile injectables, solid oral doses, gene therapies, combination products, and medical devices.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Packaging Science from Rochester Institute of Technology.
