This is a fast-paced, high-ownership environment ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Market Engagement

- Build and maintain a strong, active pipeline of candidates aligned to current and future project needs
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with both active and passive candidates, including early-career talent through college networks

Screening & Qualification

- Coordinate and schedule internal and external interviews, ensuring a seamless experience
- Prepare candidates through interview coaching and role-specific insights

- Partner closely with internal leadership to understand project scope, technical requirements, and hiring priorities
- Act as a liaison between candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and efficient communication
- Provide real-time updates on pipeline progress, candidate feedback, and market trends
- Contribute to intake discussions and help refine hiring strategies
Offer Management & Closing
- Lead offer discussions, ensuring clarity and alignment on structure and expectations
- Support negotiation process within defined company and client budgets
- Coordinate onboarding steps in partnership with internal teams
Data & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate and organized records within Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite)
- Track pipeline activity, candidate status, and key recruiting metrics
