Adept Group is thrilled to welcome Rich Hollander to our Advisory Board. As CEO of Rich Hollander Inc., he brings a wealth of experience in the life sciences as an independent consultant, with a proven track record of enhancing manufacturing operations and optimizing supplier processes.
Rich’s career includes a notable tenure at Pfizer, where he played a pivotal role in the Global Supply organization. His career at Pfizer culminated in his role as Vice President of Sterile Injectable Technology, with responsibilities to provide deep technical support for Pfizer’s global sterile drug product portfolio, production of late-stage clinical supplies and commercial scale-up of new products. Prior to this, Rich became Pfizer's first Vice President of Packaging Services in 2010, leading global packaging responsibilities across the company's Consumer, Pharmaceutical, and Animal Health divisions. His rise to this position followed a series of leadership roles in primary and secondary packaging.
Rich’s career began at Arthur Andersen as a Senior Consultant, specializing in streamlining manufacturing operations for Fortune 100 clients. In 1990, he joined Pfizer as an Industrial Engineer, marking the start of a distinguished career in the pharmaceutical industry. Known for his ability to identify opportunities and drive their successful implementation, Rich consistently delivers operational value.
Rich holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Rutgers University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa, and a Master’s in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. We are confident his insights and expertise will be instrumental in helping us achieve our strategic objectives.
We are excited to welcome Ron Scalzo to the Adept Group Advisory Board. As a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, Ron brings a wealth of expertise in driving performance improvement and achieving corporate excellence. A proud alumnus of Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Decision Sciences, Ron has built an impressive portfolio of helping companies optimize logistics and operations. His deep experience in aligning business goals with effective strategies makes him a valuable addition to our Advisory Board, and we look forward to his insights and contributions.
Pratyush Lal is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, specializing in creating value for clients across Business Transformation, Digital, Data Managment and AI. He holds various degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business, and Harvard Business School. His 25 years of experience leading strategic, digital, and technological programs to help clients realize their potential lends well to our Advisory Board.
