Job Description

Adept Group LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our expanding team! The Business Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the company by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, scheduling appointments and contributing to the overall success of the organization.          
Key Responsibilities:          
Market Research and Analysis:          
·        Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industries, and trends.          
·        Analyze market data to assess competition, pricing, and opportunities.          
Lead Generation:          
·        Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.          
·        Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects.          
Prospect Engagement:          
·        Build and nurture prospect relationships through effective communication and understanding of their needs.          
Sales Strategy:          
·        Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.          
·        Assist in the creation of pre-call preparation documents.          
Pipeline Management:          
·        Manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions.          
·        Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.          
Achieve Sales Targets:          
·        Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.          
Reporting:          
·        Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and outcomes.          
·        Provide insights and recommendations for improving the sales process.          
Team Collaboration:          
·        Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful sales process.           
Qualifications:          
·        Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).          
·        2-5 years' of proven experience in business development or sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.          
·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.          
·        Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.          
·        Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.          
·        Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.          
·        Willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $52,000 - $55,000 + commission         
Salary commensurate with experience
